Juno is a movie. I saw it. It was cute-ish. I laughed a little.

Rant: Longest job application form ever.

Rave: Best job I've ever applied for.

Win some, lose some, I guess?!?

I love filling in application forms. Except when you're doing more than 3 and have to repeat the same things over and over... then I'd rather just attach a CV!

I didn't really laugh at Juno. I thought it was supposed to be funny, but I didn't particularly find it to be.

Rave: getting on with my work

Rant: said work is due in tomorrow

Rave: finally got Adam Pascal's albums back, 6 months after my laptop got reformatted. Been listening to "Undiscovered" all day...

PaN, I loved Chris's dress! I thought it was totally appropriate for a pom, yet chic. I couldn;t understand the judges last week.

Rave: Kara Janx and her decoy collection. Damn those judges! She should have won.

Mr. McFadden, I have been reading a few of your posts, and I say this without malice: but it is very difficult to understand you. You use me, in place of I, and your sentences are quite jumbled up. Any chance you could try and keep up the good grammar vibe around here? Thanks, that'd be much appreciated.

And what the heck is a ... keegan?

Would it be too forward of me to tell you that I found that post to be INCREADIBLY sexy? If it is... I guess I was a little too forward.

JamesMcF, I think I should say now that there is only me and thee who will have any idea what that post means. As far as I can tell, there's me in England and you in Scotland, and that sums up the UK reps.

Actually, I don't know what it means, but I do know what it refers to. I have no opinion on it I'm afraid. Not interested. But how would a Keegan/Shearer double act work? Is that not manager/player? I guess Shearer's retired. I should know, I live in Newcastle...

I seriously do not follow football, as you may have guessed.

That is sad, I can't believe it's closing. That doesn't seem right, or fair. But it is possible and reality.

Ah well.

I think you'll be OK for the 6th, they'll end up closing in August or September.

I'm really sad that it's closing. Wish I'd gone every night while I was in NY. Now I'll never get to see it again.

Not a rant, exactly, just something that made my day a bit more sad: http://siteforrent.com/

I'm gonna hate to watch tha tick over to 0. Although I really do think it will extend and close later this year.

Did anyone else find this post incredibly silly? I actually giggled. It almost feels like Yero woke up this morning and said, "Let's see if my fish is dead yet. By golly! He's still alive! Well I'll be damned."

Rant: My laptop is officially dead. Now I'm going to have to incur the expense to buy a new one.

Actually, my thought was "only quite alive? Not... wholly alive?" And then my brain got in gear.

Now I am giggling a bit madly though, and I think my flatmate finds it quite disturbing because we're just watching Angel's funeral in Rent...

Not exactly related but sorta... I'm completely full of myself- especially at work. Partly because I know how to do my job better than a good number of others.. but also because my boss seems to recognize it as well. (Btw, this is a rave.)

Rant: I got 3 hours of sleep last night after work and before having to go back to work for about a 13 hour day.

Rant: Insurance company still taking money out for my policy which was canceled in the beginning of Dec.

Rave: I get my ultrasound tomorrow!

You have to host a picture on a site like photobucket or imageshack. Then you take the URL and copy the link into the signature box on your profile page (you have to go to edit your profile obviously.) To get it to show up you have to click on the "Show Signature" box below the reply box.

Hope that helps

so last night i had nice big entry for this thread but it wouldnt post my replies. i tried in another thread too, but no luck.
so i saved the post in my email. here are my rants and raves from yesterday:

James....are you perhaps Acey in disguise?
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, don't worry about it...or just check out the very first post in the 'general chinwagging' thread.

also, i forget who said it, but whoever said they couldnt understand JamesMc's posts....umm, i understood it fine. i dont know who keegan and whoever are, but the post still made sense. Pan and Yero talk about people named Kevin and whatever. i dont know who they are either, but the posts still make sense.
anyway, moving on....

rave: i am very much enjoying my new job. granted its only been 2 days, but i am still enjoying it.

rave: i got paid today. yes, i have only been there 2 days, but i guess today is payday, so there ya go!

rant: waited 45 minutes for my bus home today! i usually only wait about 15-20 minutes. It was freezing cold. my toes were so numb. they hurt ALOT when they were thawing out. i was pissed off and cold and tired.

rant: and when i got home, my sister was on the phone with our dad. she asked me what was wrong and i swore and then my dad gave me a lecture on swearing over the phone, from the other end of the country! i am 22 years old!! lay off. man, did not need that as soon as i got home. ugh.

rave: am now lying in warm, cozy bed, ready to sleep very soon.

rant: where is Twyz? i miss her tremendously.

rave/rant(?): that might only be like the 4th time i've used the word tremendously in my entire life.

rant: LLK, you are not online and i feel like having a quick conversation with you. but ill live...sweet dreams honey bear! ha ha ha! ahhhh, i crack myself up.

and now back to my R&R's for today...phew!
rant: turns out i developed a pretty nasty cld overnight from having to wait for my bus for 45 minutes last night. runny nose, coughing, sneezing, headaches. oh ya baby, i feel sexy.

rave: FINALLY have curtains up in my room. it will not so cold in here anymore. also, no more flashing the neighbors my stuff when i'm changing into or out of my clothes. yay!

It was I who wasn't able to understand his posts. Yes I understand that, it's not the people who didn't make sense to me, and it wasn't just that one post: most of his posts as I have been reading are poorly structured and I have a difficult time reading them. That's all.
