I think this thread is shortly going to become a necessity. PaN thinks that if you're easily offended you should F*** OFF! And she is not ashamed Basically, to stop this specific part of these boards descending into a state of looping, sporadic insanity, i propose and offer you this; *pearl and dean music* A thread with no rules - well, maybe a few, but we'll discover them as we go along. *swoosh* A thread with no subject - just a place to turn up, and talk about the bizzarities (invented word? I think so!) of 'Smoothie King' (which i believe is a 21st Century form of creating a republic by revolting against a Monarchy?) Strawberries and Whipped Cream and the inticacies of deep-sea trawler fishing (if you like that kind of thing). *swoosh* And a thread of general chinwagging - which means talking in Englishenglish, well, real English. *pearl and dean music* I think it will just keep the place a bit tidier, don't you, me hearties? Yaaaaarrrr! (Only seven months to International Talk-Like A Pirate Day! Get your practise in now!) So yeah, if you want to use this thread, use it, if it's useless (highly likely?) delete it. quote: My day's been shit [we're allowed to say that, right? I mean, Maguire used it, this is his bored, it would be rude not to]. I had to take the drama classed (as in teach them) and i made these really awesome lesson plans, where the students took an extract of a book and take the emotion of that passage and turn it into a piece of atmospheric physical theatre stylee thing and it just went really badly. Am now bummed out. It's probably got something to do with me being a student there too untill recently, and they just figured that "oh, we know him, so lets have this hour off". So i'm just a bit bluh... see, they've even forced me to not delve into my vocabulary to put it into words. And i have my final big scary drama school audition on Monday and now i just can't face it. And i ate all the ice cream! I'm so slumped. IP: Logged |

quote: Well, here, you can enjoy mine in the meantime! and Acey, I hope this gives you a laugh, as they make me laugh everytime I look at them... (yeah I'm in a picture posting mood today) Ok, let me give you a little backstory. I had minor surgery the Thursday before Easter, so to keep my mind of things and keep me busy, my boyfriend brought egg dying kits. Well clearly we were both exhausted and silly when we made these! Awww, they're fab, very arty, very Picasso, like it. [The eggs you realise... not the feet.] They did make me smile, i spose the thought of you 'dying eggs' made me smile actually, i spose i was both. We seriously need to have a convention, i would happily plunder my coming student loan on getting over there, seriously. [This message has been edited by Acey (edited 04-22-2006).] IP: Logged |

quote: Yes it was quite possibly the most fun we've had in a long time. We laughed all night, and so hard that my tummy hurt. I would've posted a really funny and quite scary picture of him, but I don't think he'd approve, lol. Yeah... I keep thinking about trying to put something together... it keeps me up at night, in all honesty. [This message has been edited by Plant a Note (edited 04-22-2006).] IP: Logged |

Happy happy birthday, Jerseyminx! Yay, you! Pan (You are now the Piper, because I don't like stealing Acey's name), I love the eggs. And the toes. But the eggs are much sillier. Helen, that totally made me laugh. At this convention...do you think we could persuade Maguire to come? Unlikely. But maybe he loves us...like, secretly. He doesn't know we exist, but he totally loves us. Yes. *grins* And as long as this is a totally random thread... Is anyone else totally in love with Macanese food? If you like it you are my favorite person ever. It's all...seafood and it's a mix of Portugese and Guangdong Chinese (the southern province, near Hong Kong) flavors and things. Someday I'm going to live there and learn how to cook it. But anyway. Is American English banned from this thread? I mean, we're talking in "Englishenglish," according to Acey. China is desperately lacking in lemonade. It doesn't exist here. It's probably a flavor they would like...and it's definitely something I would like to have around. When we went to Thailand for Spring Festival, they had lemonade, but it was always kind of salty or something. Is European lemonade salty, or was it just a random Thailand thing? Luckily there's a store downtown with imported foreign products...and they have Snapple lemonade. I bought one. But I won't drink it because I know that then I won't have any lemonade when I really want some. lol. Does that constitute random enough for this thread? IP: Logged |

quote: If GM came to this board, he would have to love us. I mean, really. We're just so darn cute. And if this is "Englishenglish" rather than "Americanenglish" does that mean I must say colour and favourite and flavour and realise? I'm actually completely unaware of how things are spelt in Britain etc. But "ou" is fun. IP: Logged |

I have no idea if anyone is even still up at this time, because from the sound of it, we have a severe lack of people from the West Coast on these boards *sigh* seems I might be the only one with insomnia... Today was a great day! Finals are over with, I got Chipotle for lunch (if any of you don't know what that is, I am very very sorry for you are missing out on some of the most delectable Mexican food in the world), my week-long vacation started, AND my aunt booked a European cruise for me, her and my cousin for Summer '07! Its been a good day IP: Logged |

quote: Well, that wasn't a standard, but i think it should be now! Relearn where the 'U' key is people! And salty lemonade does appear to be a comletely random Thai thing. Get this, i went to sleep last night thinking, nah, i'll feel better in the morning, woke up, feel just as bad. What's with that? Bloody universe. IP: Logged |

I KNOW lol...but I always like the "bad" female types (Elphaba,Jadis the White Witch,The Baroness(do we ever hear her name??, and The chic from Brothers Grimm)...Rolf doesnt do much for me....I think the actor who played the eldest brother is gay...
