This is my fridge:

What should I have for my tea? Limes, mouldy cream cheese, Strongbow, or rocket.

I fully admit that I'm a nerd but just keep that in mind for the rest of this post.

I've just gotten a new website off the ground for Critiquing Fanfiction and (eventually) Original fiction. We have our official grand opening tomorrow.

If anyone here who writes fanfiction would be interested in joining, I'd LOVE to have you. Really.

Please come check it out.
www.fanfictioncritiquegroup.com

The rest of you if you wanna congratulate me on how awesome it is, go for it!

I agree with nessaheart, it looks really good llk. I'll probably end up joining at some point too.

I found some typos (don't kill me) because I went through and read pretty much everything.

-In the 'More of what we do' portion of the main page at the bottom under 'How to get your fic chosen' on rule 5, Don't' (it has the second apostrophe after the t).

-In the 'General Rules', rule 2, tolorated should be tolerated.

As I said before, don't kill me.

Thanks!

You don't know how many times I read over that stuff and I totally missed it. You don't know how many times I've read those pages in the last few days!

It's sick.

You're welcome llk.

I have this inate ability to find typos whenever I'm reading something that's typed. It gets annoying when I'm reading fanfics because in the back of my head its like I have a ticker that's counting all the typos so far. And I don't have time to be a beta either.

You know that's exactly the kind of quality we're looking for at the group right?

Juuust thought I'd let you know. It takes very little time. We do a new featured piece each week and you have a full 7 days to submit a review...

I was thinking about that as I read through, and I definitely will join at some point, but I can't while I'm still in school. I will once school ends June 20.

Anybody seen Rent lately? The movie? Not really a spoiler, don't worry...

Ever notice that when Roger sings "What happened to Benny, what happened to his heart?" in "You'll See" he pokes him on the right side of the chest?

...that's what happened to his heart, Roger darling. It moved over to the other side..

I watched it the other day... but I could of sworn it was the middle of his chest.

Hmm.

Neato!

If you need any help figuring it out or whatever, let me know. Since I run the site it's my job to help people out. Also please jump in to one of the other threads there, lie the welcome thread, and tell the others about yourself.

Why are people stupid?

The above is a picture of the accident that happened in my driveway earlier tonight. Here I am chilling in my living room watching tv and I hear a thud as a light flashes past my window. I go outside and hear voices saying something about "there weren't any lights on before" and I see one car pull away. Then nothing for a while. So I work up the courage and go outside where I find a car crashed into the guard rail in front of my house. So what am I to do? I mean I'm at home all alone in the middle of the night (okay so it was only like quarter of 8 but the sun was down) so I'm scared shitless. But... I'm really worried that someone is hurt. So I looked into the car and made sure nobody was in it and dialed 911.

Then that's when the fun started... but the cops are back. So... I'll tell you guys more about it later.

You guys remember this?

Welll...

Happened again! This time it involved a car crashing into a motorcycle then another motorcycle crashed in to that one. Then five more did.

Now... there are cops, motorcycles, and crazy old people all over my driveway. Plus a couple of fire trucks.

Guh.

Totally with you. My friends are always weirded out by me when I sleep over at their houses because I have no reservations about stripping right in front of them. They think I'm going to move to France when I'm older to live on the nudist beaches.

Heh--purposeful nudity is the best kind, but I, too, totally don't mind being naked.

We actually have an annual Naked Party here at Wellesley.

I haven't even seen a naked person in person (other than myself) for almost a year.

If Wellesley was an all-boys school, I would transfer immediately.

the funny thing i dress pretty conservativley and am not comfortable showing alot of skin and cleavage in public and even in front of people i know. but once i get home and into my room, i am naked. and there are certain people (okay, one person) who i can be naked around all the time, in the daylight with the lights on and not feel the least bit self consious.
LOVE sleeping naked or mostly naked.
