I am also paranoid because I haven't been a member for a year, and my UserName wasn't here when I was replying. WHAT does it mean?

So at school next year we have a new set director, new pit director, and new all-around director of the show. The vocal coach and choreographer are the only ones left.

We have about 3 guys with good ranges and acting capabilities, and about 2 girls (both heavy set a little) for leads. A few other girls who aren't quite as good but could pull off slightly larger roles.

Any ideas of what musical we could perform? The vocal coach asked me what I wanted to do because I am always the leads in our shows, and I was at a loss. I couldn't think of anything we could do. I would appreciate any suggestions!

I found some pretty funny videos on Youtube. Some of you might not think they are stupid but I think they are funny. (I'll laugh at about anything).

So today's my "offical" last day of school before Exams.

After today, no more Monday songs, no more double period Biology, no more interesting French class.

Then it's off to my room and my friend's house to study study study. English, History, Bio, Math...

I am very sad. I will miss my humanities class, teachers included, very, very much. And today's the last offical day I can see them and goof around. After today. Poof. No more fun times.

We come back next friday for one hour, in Homebase, I guess to say goodbye before the summer.

I was watching the history channel and a show came on and it was mostly about Edward Winslow who Im related to which was very cool. And bonus points because he signed the mayflower constitution and was the only guy in his village that was really interested in indian culture and learned some of the launguages. So that was cool.

And one of my ancestors was tried as a witch at Salem but she and all records of her trial dissapeared before she was supposed to be hanged :O

And at the capitol building theres this round room with paintings of american history and they have a painting of people on the Mayflower, and one of my ancestors in the painting looks like me. Which was very cool.

Yah, so if you ever watch the history channel and the show with Edward Winslow comes on, you have to be like "OMGSH! Hes related to Rhiannon!"

XD

Does anyone here watch Kyle XY?
Because coming home from school today I saw someone writing (for lack of a better word) KYLE XY IS NOT ALONE in the sky...
I have to say, if this is an advertisement, its the worst I've seen. The letters faded away in about 10 minutes.

Well.

I've found a way to stop myself posting random crap when I'm drunk - break my laptop. It's so annoying, I've had no computer for over a week now (my friend's gone home for the weekend so I've stolen his!). The CPU usage on mine is stuck at 100% as soon as I switch it on, even though no programs are running. I have no idea how to fix it, I have to wait for my cousin to do it next week. Grrrr.

But, yay! I finished all exams and lectures a week ago and I have another week before I have to move out, so I get to laze around doing nothing all the time which is fun. I am re-reading Harry Potter and every other book I can lay my hands on, re-watching Desperate Housewives, and making lists of things to do in New York! I am also getting back into painting and sketching, since I have been neglecting things lately. And I'm going out most nights, drinking too much and smoking things I shouldn't and generally destroying myself. After last night I'm on detox for a week. It's 2pm and I haven't made it out of bed yet, which is a bit too lazy I feel.

Anyway. Little update on my life there. I should have a shower.

School's over. Out for the summer. How do I feel? Happy, of course. But also sad, very sad. My fragile little shell of a world that I so carefully built this year just got destroyed in a fire...

(Exscuse the metaphor.)

I made friends, very good ones, who I am very glad to have. I have teachers who see me as a person, not just as the smart kid in the class who won't shut up. But a person who has flaws and good points.

I've read some good books, I've listened to some good music, I have watched some bad films, I have watched some good movies. I have enjoyed this year, much more than any other year.

Promises are very funny things.
You can make them and not even know the exsist. I've made some sort of internal promise to start exersizing this summer.

I've made a promise that I haven't really acknowledged to myself yet.

People areound me make promises to me, and I am expecting a review come first week on school in August.

I passed all my finals. A 99.8 in English for a grade, a 97 in History. A B- in Math, my highest grade ever. I past French with great grades. And I did all my work.

I'm a sophmore. I am one happy chick.

*puts on sunglasses*

NIU here I come for a week.

I just had this dream where I was on the GM board, and we were all fighting with the local troll, and then someone said "Oh well its not just you, we all are fantasy creatures. Im a dwarf as a matter of fact. And new users are like nymphs, because they live on flowers."

And then we all rolled some dice and decided what fantasy creatures we were. And then we all had a sword fight.

It was a very strange dream.

I have a set of dice for playing D&D if you ever want to use them...

My favorite is the D-10.

And I don't know about the rest of the boards, but I am a mythical fantasy creature. I happen to be a sprite. Well not eally but I am a gnome... and a blood elf... and a Dranei and a bunch of other wow characters.

But I'm a geek all around because I play magic, D&D, and Wow.

I was in a campaign that lasted an entire semester once.

Finally my boyfriend got killed for defending someone against some old mage dude.

It's a lot of fun. I wish I could find a group of kids interested in doing a campaign around here. I'd have a blast.

I think Mistress is around some because she periodically posts. It is rather disappointing she isn't around more.

I was reading old threads, and I came across some of the really amazing posts she has made. She is absolutely brilliant.

I don't think I was here early enough for some of the really great people. I witnessed the very end of Acey and EoO, but I missed Vimfuego completely.

About two months ago... mabye a little more... I got an email from Vim about something I'd asked her to do a year ago.

I was like "wow, okay cool."

I miss Acey muy mucho.

And EoO and Yero My Hero and all those wonderful people.

I arrived during the slow but sure end of Vimfuego's time here. Though she was never as active a poster as several others.

I watched Harry Potter last night with my boyfriend.
And wow.
That movie was wicked awesome.

On another note, I woke up this morning with a sore neck. I think I might have slept on it wrong.

On yet another note, I had my first wedding photography gig last Saturday! I'm going to begin editing them and "near-perfecting" them tomorrow. Maybe I'll share a few of them here once they're complete.

On - um, this is getting old - another note, here are some movies I can NOT wait for!!!!

1. Enchanted (In November)

2. Resident Evil: Extinction (In September)

3. Rapunzel (in 2009)

4. Wall-e (in 2008)

5. The Princess & The Frog (in 2009)

6. Toy Story 3 (in 2010)

7. Silent Hill 2 (whenever they finish it)

8. Southland Tales (When Richard Kelly finishes editing it to the studio's desires)

9. Across The Universe (in September.. I friggin' can not wait!)

.Heath.

Didn't they already MAKE a third? Or a show, or something that went straight to DVD? I remember me and my dad snuck in for the second one... that was fun.
We waited for a big crowd and filed along with them until we got to the right theatre. It was nearly deserted too, so we sat in the very front row.
My worst movie expierience was with the animated movie with Ashton Kutcher and his freakishly webbed toes on his left foot cast as a deer with testosterone issues. Did you SEE how limp that thing was??

Dont ask how I know about his foot. That was a really bad relationship I REALLY don't want to get into. Or around. Or in a four-mile-radius of. So just don't ever mention him to me.

I'm finally back at home long enough to come on the internet! This could very well turn into a long and rambling post, so I apologise in advance.

I am ashamed to say I turned into a bit of a crazy obsessed Wicked fan at the weekend and camped outside the theatre for tickets. I wasn't planning to, it just sort of happened.

I went to London with tickets to see Avenue Q, Joseph and Wicked on wednesday, thursday and saturday. About 10 minutes into Avenue Q I realised I absolutely had to see it again so on thursday morning I went to the bank and released a bit of my overdraft, something which I've avoided doing for an entire year at uni, and bought tickets for friday.

Thursday night I saw Joseph (with the new Joseph who was chosen via tv show) and it was amazing, but after the interval they couldn't get the set to move at all so the second act was just sung through, sort of concert style (preview week, can't expect it to be perfect!). It was still fantastic, all the cast were really going for it and it was a true one off show, and I've seen it so many times before anyway I didn't really care because they all had amazing voices which I really enjoyed just listening to. Anyway, we all got our tickets refunded.

Instead of doing the sensible thing and using that money to pay for the extra Avenue Q tickets, I decided to get Wicked tickets for the matinee (already had evening ones). Saturday was major cast change day in London so people had been camping out for tickets for a week, and on friday night I joined them! We put our name on the list for the last 2 day tickets, stayed awake all night (it was very very cold and all we had was a jumper and a pillow because we hadn't planned on camping!) and got the tickets when they were released at 10am. Then we showered at the youth hostel, walked a few miles sightseeing and went to the matinee! What a crazy day. It was well worth it, because it was the most amazing muck-up matinee in the world. So many things happened, I'll just mention a few:

-the "toss, toss" scene was the best ever. It ended up with Elphie and Galinda standing up, holding hands and doing it in unison.
-when the frock didn't change into a ball gown, Galinda examined the wand, shoved it in her ear, whacked it on the bed, sniffed it, waved it around, got Elphie to examine it...
-then she threw her wand off and someone threw it back on! She just looked at it for a second, then went "I AM magic!" and whizzed it back off!
-when the guys came to take away Dr Dillamond, the main one put on a really stupid German accent, then when he took his hat off he'd spiked his wig into a dodgy mohekan. When asked why the lion cub was trembling, he said "he's excited to be here, innit?" in the weirdest accent I ever heard
-at the beginning of One Short Day, a guy came on in a girl's costume and did some of the most random dancing I have ever seen thorughout the entire song
-the flatheads came on and one by one fell over and rolled around; they kept getting up and then just falling over again, periodically charging into the set or cast, who were all hysterical
-in the Wicked Witch of the East scene, someone replace Boq's knife with a spoon, which then fell apart
-Fiyero swung in on the rope... and out again, only to come running on stage a few seconds later. He also (unintentionally) fell over the broom, and it took a while for everyone to compose themselves enough to continue!

Sorry. Got a bit carried away. I knew this would happen, I get so excited just thinking about it!

Anyway. In other news. I haven't get seen Harry Potter. Is it worth seeing? I'm not usually into the films.

Oh, and what is going on with all the trolls? Most of the stuff I read was b******t, I gave up after a while coz I couldn't be bothered with all the pathetic-ness.

So, that's my life. Anything fun going on with anyone? All I have to look forward to is factory work and uni work. I need some entertainment.

Haha, no, I don't.

Oh, random:

(because this is the random thread.)

I have an invisible bruise on my forehead because my friend threw a waterbottle at me last night. Now, she thought it was the empty one (it was dark and we had like seven sitting on the table) and she threw it at me and it really, really, hurt. It was the full one. So now I've got a bruise. Ha.

Yeah, just maybe. Possibly in the slightest degree you're being just a tad, no not even that, a miniscule, impertinent, and otherwise nonexistent and uselessly, not even really agitatingly, truly futilely being annoying. So stop it. I was bored to tears! Litterally! I messed up my makeup!

Oh, and my account of not being able to drink has now changed to my mother didn't let me order ANYTHING off the menu, resulting in a very starved skittle begging for as much as root beer to ward off incoming death by dehydration by the time my father, the Most Glorious Father of Shimmering Love and Fatherly Heartfelt Bottled Water, offered me a ride home after we stopped by an In-N-Out for dinner, because my mother neglected to feed the both of us. (Sarcasm)Oh, Woe Me, who made the mistake of mocking her boss.(/Sarcasm) I don't think I'll be able to eat around her for a month. Good-Bye Dinner.
