-When Elphaba arrives at the OzDust:
Fiyero: Who in Oz is this?
Galinda: My roommate... please, don't ... stare!
Fiyero: How can you help it?

-Before Popular, when they're sharing secrets:
Elphaba: My father hates me.
*Glinda gasps*
Elphaba: That's not the secret.
~~~it's not the funniest but the Glinda I saw (I can't remember which) looked like she'd have a heart attack when Elphaba said the first line

-Before Dillamond is taken (Before the Lion Cub scene)
*Elphaba is practicing 'Toss, Toss'
Fiyero: You've been Galindafied.
Elphaba: How can you tell?
Fiyero: Toss Toss..
~~again, not the funniest, but Fiyero was hilarious

-Lion Cub scene (ONE OF THE BEST)What's happening?
Elphaba: I don't know I got mad...and.. and..
Fiyero: Alright just don't move! And don't get mad at me..

(STILL LION SCENE)
Fiyero: What did you mean to do? Why was I the only one you didn't do it to?
Elphaba: Oh look, you're bleeding... it must have scratched you.
Fiyero: Yeah... or maybe it scratched me or something. *totally out of it for a few seconds... they almost kiss* I better get to safety... I mean the cub... get the cub to safety. *He exits the stage. He realizes he went the wrong way and re-crosses stage*
Elphaba: Fiyero...

-Right before One Short Day:
Galinda: Remember, eye contact. And don't forget to tell him how wonderful he is, Wizards love that! And be yourself... well... within reason.

-A few seconds after that: (Fiyero just left)
Elphaba: Galinda...
Glinda: It's Glinda now. Stupid idea, I don't even know what made me say it.
Elphaba: It doesn't matter what your name is, everyone loves you!
Glinda: I don't care! I want him. I don't even think he's perfect anymore and I still want him. This must be what other people feel like. How do they bear it?
~~Glinda's delivery=priceless

Right after Sentimental Man: (Morrible's carrying the Grimmerie)
Glinda: Is that the Grimmerie?
Morrible: Yes, the ancient book of spells and enchantments.
Glinda: Can I touch it?
Morrible: No.

Thank Goodness Scene:
Morrible: And thank goodness for you, Glinda, and your handsome swain, our new captain of the guard. To Fiyero. Now you've been at the forefront of the hunt for the Wicked Witch, haven't you?
Fiyero: Not really, but I don't like to think of her as a Wicked Witch.
Morrible: Captain, how does it feel?
Fiyero: Frustrating... but I became captain of the guard to find her, and I will keep searching!
Morrible: No, being engaged!
Ozians: Congratulotions!
Fiyero: This is an engagement party?
Glinda: Surprised?
Fiyero: Yes

I loved Fiyero's face when Morrible said he was engaged!

The Reunion: (Nessa and Elphaba)
Nessarose: Elphaba, shut up! First of all, I can't harbor a fugitive, I'm an un-elected official!

I saw this on a Youtube video of "Popular" and fell on the floor, laughing.

When the actor playing Galinda (I think it was Kristin) sings the "Laaa, laaa" part, she trips (accidentally?) and sings "Laaa, laaa *trips* Oh forget it!"
